NON-BUSINESS ASSOCIATION “TERRITORIAL ORGANIZATION SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY UNIONS AND HOUSE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNIQUE-PLOVDIV” has an essential experience in project management:
As a training organisation with 38- year experience and a non- governmental organisation with an ideal goal, NBA TOSTU & HST-Plovdiv has implemented projects about training under international programs since 1998.
Through affiliate company “ NTS – Engineering” Ltd. are implemented:
- 30 unemployed have been trained in a profession “Landscapers and mowers” under “Beautiful Bulgaria” project
- 15 widows of dead aviators have been trained as managers under the project “Help for our children” of Foundation ”Civil Society Development”
- 30 unemployed have been trained in a profession “Plumbers” and 30 unemployed in a profession “Electric fitter”” under PHARE program project BG 0004.03.03.014. Ten of the graduated beneficiaries have established own workshops and companies for services.
- 20 unemployed have been trained in a profession “Carpenter”, 10 – in a profession “Plumber”, 36 – in a profession “ Worker in a clothing production”, under the program “Active services on the labour market” of the Employment Agency in 2006.
As a promoter and contractor of a pilot project “Safety meat production” BG/03/B/F/PP 166026 under the program “Leonardo da Vinchi”, NBA TOSTU & HST-Plovdiv manages the project implementation, allocation of the EU financial means, amounting 180 251 EUR, among  partners from Bulgaria /University of food technologies – Plovdiv, Association of Meat producers inBulgaria – Sofia/, Greece – SECCE and AGC and Scotland – ASD. The outlined project goals and results have been successfully executed. Project duration : 01.10.2003 – 31.03.2005.
- 15 unemployed were trained in a profession “Hotel administrator” in 2005 under “Beautiful Bulgaria” project.

Project “A centre for business start” is a project under programme PHARE , BG 2004016.711.11.01-2.023.

Duration 01.062007-31.05.2008. The project aims at decreasing unemployment in the Plovdiv district and promotion of entrepreneurship through establishing a Centre for business start in the House of science and technology – Plovdiv and consequent professional qualification for 30 final beneficiaries, divided in three groups of 10 trainees– short- and long- term unemployed and employed, registered in the Labour offices, motivated to start their own business. They will be trained in profession “Economist- manager”, as a formal training, as well as an informal training, consisting of consulting in entrepreneurship, business plans development, marketing researches, tax-law advices, seminars about using Internet in the business, how to make a presentation, quality management systems, search for market niches. The inclusion of the final beneficiaries through the various forms of informal training will accelerate their incorporation in business circles in Plovdiv and the district, and contribute to sustainability of the new established firms and their entrance on the national and global market.

On 26.07.2016 in the House of Science and Technology Plovdiv was held the certificates awarding of the teachers in vocational training and training in "NTS Engineering" Ltd in Plovdiv for the realized mobility in Barcelona and Prague within the project 2015-1-BG01-KA102-0141149 "Supporting the professional development of staff in vocational education and training" program "Erasmus +" of the European Union.


In the implementation of the project activities 3 teachers in modules English have implemented mobility in Barcelona, ??Spain, where they have learned about the Spanish experience in conducting distance learning and 5 teachers of "Graphic Design" and "Computer operator" got acquainted with the experience in Czech on introducing of distance and combined forms of training in vocational training and qualification during the mobility in Prague.

Certificates of training through mobility were presented by Dr. Juliana Hadzhichoneva -Coordinator of the project company "Snow Leopard-Consult" -Sofia. It was emphasized that the ways of teaching and the methodologies for distant training do not differ much from the applied forms in Bulgaria but can be used to establishe links with partner organizations to develop these activities in new joint projects,  as the use of our educational institutions, Internet platform for distance learning "Moodle" and the introduction of elements of distance learning in the future activities of “NTS Engineering "Ltd in Plovdiv, in the training with vouchers of employed and unemployed persons in the projects of schemes  OP" Human Resources Development "2014-2020, undertaken by the Employment Agency in Sofia.
